Showbiz & A.G.’s second album, released in 1995, following Runaway Slave. The record comes straight out of the Bronx and carries a noticeably darker tone than their debut, with heavier beats and a more serious mood throughout.
Most of the production is handled by Showbiz, with additional tracks from DJ Premier and other New York producers of the era. “Next Level (Nyte Time Mix),” Premier’s remix and one of two versions on the album, became the breakout record and the song most closely associated with the project. Cuts like “Got the Flava” featuring Method Man and “You Want It” with Diamond D fill out the tracklist.
