FAQ: What is "Build a Box"?
At checkout you will have an array of options for the shipping method that suits you the best. You may want to take advantage of our "Build a Box" option to combine shipping on more than one order. Just click the "Build a Box" before payment and you will not be charged shipping on your order. If you meet the $350 CAD or equivalent threshold to access the free shipping, notify us when you are ready and we will merge your orders and ship out your records. If you are using Open Box but are not at the threshold, please notify us when you require shipping and we will invoice you a discounted shipping rate. There are no duration restrictions so you can wait for the albums you really want. This is a great way to save money on shipping and we are pleased to be able to offer it to our valued customers. We are happy to advise on the most economic method. In rare cases a carrier may not be available and we will notify you and advise prior to the shipment being posted, if we can not get a hold of you, we will ship the the most similar shipping option to your original. You will never be asked for further payment. These cases are very rare but they have happened.
