Second album from Redman, dropped in 1994 between Whut? Thee Album and Muddy Waters. Its cover is a direct tribute to Funkadelic’s Maggot Brain, and the music inside pushes even further into that psychedelic funk territory. Dark, muddy, and unhinged, it’s the cult favorite for many Redman die-hards, with tracks like “Can’t Wait” and “Rockafella” standing out in the haze. Sandwiched between two undisputable classics, this one remains the rawest and most experimental entry in his catalog.
