Production is mainly from L.E.S. and The Alchemist, along with others, including early work from Kanye West.
“Doo Rags,” “Purple,” “Poppa Was a Playa,” “Blaze a 50,” “Drunk by Myself,” and “Black Zombie” are some standouts.
These tracks hold up with, and often outshine, material from the albums they were originally meant for, which is why this release still sits near the top of his catalog.
