Large Professor is one of the key architects behind the East Coast sound of the early ’90s. He introduced Nas early on and was the architect behind Illmatic, widely considered one of the greatest hip-hop albums ever made. He already had a classic under his belt with Main Source’s Breaking Atoms, and as a teenager he was ghost producing beats that ended up on classic albums credited to others, including Eric B. & Rakim and Kool G Rap & DJ Polo.

This is his long lost debut, the LP- shelved in 1996, heavily bootlegged, and finally released years later. 

Entirely produced by Large Professor. “I Juswannachill” and “Mad Scientist” are the singles, with a guest appearance from Nas on “One Plus One.”

Released in several versions over the years, this is one of the official pressings with the proper tracklist and clean sound.

There are plenty of albums labeled as “lost classics.” This is one that actually delivers on it.
