Debut album from the Bronx’s own Terror Squad founder, introduced through the D.I.T.C. circle. The production lineup—Showbiz, Diamond D, and Lord Finesse—brings heavy drums and dark loops straight from early-’90s New York. “Flow Joe” flips the Hawaii Five-O theme into a grimy street anthem. Much more underground and raw than the big-hit celebrity he’d later become, this is Fat Joe before the fame, rhyming like he had something to prove.
