Eminem went three for three with The Eminem Show, his third straight classic and one of the biggest rap albums of its time. Dr. Dre served as executive producer and handled several key tracks, keeping the record sonically sharp while letting Eminem take more control behind the boards. The result was a fuller, more musical sound that matched his confidence on the mic. “Without Me,” “Cleanin’ Out My Closet,” and “Sing for the Moment” dominated radio, while “Till I Collapse” became an anthem built to last. Lyrically and musically, Eminem was at his peak here—angry, self-aware, and in complete command.
