Packed with wall-to-wall Marley Marl production, it set the standard for rapid-fire lyricism and smooth swagger, showing Kane could dominate both the mic and the style game. Tracks like “Ain’t No Half-Steppin’” and “Raw” became classics, while deeper cuts like “Set It Off” underline his technical dominance. A cornerstone of the late-’80s Brooklyn sound.
