Second album from Big Daddy Kane, and another Cold Chillin’ classic following Long Live the Kane.
Production is largely handled by Kane himself, with additional work from Prince Paul and Easy Mo Bee.
“Smooth Operator,” “Warm It Up, Kane,” and “I Get the Job Done” were big hits for Kane and drove the album’s success.
This is the release that pushed him into a much wider audience off the strength of those records.
