Since receiving the Grand Prize at the 10th Yamaha Electrone international convention in 1973, multi instrumentalist Masa Matsuda has been an inspired and tireless educator and has become a music embassador throughout Japan. He also has several tv and movie soundtrack credits under his formidable belt and has amassed an astonishing body of work. Widely known for his often experimental keyboard work, this album shifts from Bebop to Prog, to Psyche, Ambient and Fusion.

I have been looking for a copy of the Spinal Tap soundtrack on vinyl for awhile but it's always been pretty expensive everywhere. So I was randomly searching and came upon the east west website who had a copy at a pretty reasonable rate. Of course I hesitated a little bit because I haven't bought here before but after checking out the feedback and the Facebook page I was sure that everything was legit. I placed my order and Peter contacted me directly to let me know that with the potential postal strike he's going to make alternate shipping arrangements. He seemed very concerned that I get my item in a timely manner and that I was happy with the whole process. He also was a very friendly and genuine person which I appreciated. So a couple of days later I got a ring at the buzzer and my soundtrack arrived. The vinyl was in exceptional condition for something so vintage. It had obviously been well taken care of and I was very happy with what a clean copy I had scored. Records were as described
Super clean and crispy vinyl and album jacket. No surface noise and sound quality is great. The art on cover alone is great piece to have for any Metallica fan.
